Spencer Bowman

Owner

Hi I’m Spencer, the proud owner of Prestige K9. My passion for training dogs extends beyond it being my career, I also spend my free time training and competing locally and internationally with my own dogs. I have won at the regional and national level for obedience and protection competitions. I enjoy teaching both dogs and owners to gain the knowledge and skills needed to communicate effectively. I love what we do here and I think you will too!

Kristen Lee

Trainer - Northern California

I’m Kristen and I have been training dogs since 2005, when I attended National K9 School for Dog Trainers. I have always been fascinated by how dogs learn and love that I can help owners and dogs to better understand each other through my work. It’s very rewarding to see people enjoy their canine companions, and to see dogs that get to do more in life with proper training.

I train my own dog in various sports that require teaching complex behaviors and demand off leash control and focus for prolonged periods of time. I have titled several breeds in Obedience and enjoy working with different personality types of dogs, from shy and timid to pushy and confident.

Rachel Givan

Trainer - Washington

Training dogs has always been a passion of mine. I started training dogs when I was a teenager, everything from obedience along side my horse to taking in dogs that needed help learning every day life skills in order to find their perfect home. The years following that included training dogs for confirmation, agility, Akc obedience and French ring sport. Some of my accomplishments include multiple obedience titles, with some high in trials. Building a relationship with my dogs has been one of the most rewarding things in life, therefore I enjoy helping people build relationships with their own dogs.

Stacy Dugdale

Trainer - Northern California

I’m Stacy and I have been training dogs professionally since 2014.  I completed my education and underwent an extensive apprenticeship program to learn about canine training and behavior in depth!

I’m a CGC Evaluator with American Kennel Club (AKC) and also a certified Canine Nosework Trainer.  I love working with all breeds of dogs and personality types such as shy to impulsive and overly excitable!

What I love most about being a dog trainer is that I get to help owners better understand and communicate with their canine companions so that they can thrive and live happier together.

I enjoy weekend getaways with family and love hiking and splashing around at the lake with my dogs!  Much of my personal time is dedicated to training my Belgian Malinois’, Devo and Rhetic in ringsport!

Ben Graumann

Trainer - Northern California

Hi I’m Ben.  I’ve been training dogs since I got back from my last deployment in 2014.  I spent 10 years in the Army and got a chance to work with some amazing dog/handler teams which helped me identify a new field I’d enjoy working in.

Since 2014 I’ve worked in multiple training facilities and have enjoyed learning and training dogs in a wide variety of activities, from AKC events such as canine good citizen tests to protection and detection work.  I’ve found that I really enjoy problem solving and training new behaviors for dogs, whether it be for behavioral modification or to have the freedom of off leash obedience.

Sarah Mueller

Trainer - Washington

Hi I’m Sarah. I have been training dogs since 2008. I started out seeking help with my own dog, which lead me to want to help other people with their own dogs. I enjoy taking my dogs on hikes and competing in various dog sports, including competitive obedience and protection sports. The dog sports have helped me grow my passion into a career and I love being  able to make a difference for those who need help with training.

Abrianna Cuvelier

Trainer - Colorado

Hello, my name is Abriana Cuvelier, and I have been training dogs for the past ten years. Not only am I passionate about what I do, but I can’t even recall a time where I haven’t had a leash in my hands.

With my personal dogs, a quirky pack of Border Collies, I actively compete in herding as well as competition obedience and scentwork. I have held multiple state titles, and hope to continue this streak with my newest dog. When I’m not working on my own goals, I love to help others succeed and actively volunteer with children and teens interested in getting started in the animal industry.

Ultimately though- I am in the business of building relationships between owners and their pets.

Summer Rens

Trainer - Arizona

As a child, if you would have asked me, “Summer, what do you want to be when you grow up?”, I never would have imagined answering, dog trainer. I’ve always loved animals and started caring for my own by age 5. Cats, hamsters, bunnies, ducks, if I found it, I was now it’s mother and it was coming home with me.

My career in dog training began 5 years ago when I took in a pup that needed a home. One look at him and my life had changed forever.

I was now spending all my time with this dog nurturing him, teaching him and exercising him, often. There was no longer time for my day job so I needed to figure out a way that I could bring in a few bucks and still give my dog the attention he required. I started walking dogs and pet sitting for friends and neighbors and throughout this new job, I met a lot of ill mannered dogs. Dogs that didn’t know how to walk politely on leash or how to be around other dogs…there was a need for training and I was up for the challenge! I started learning from other world renowned dog trainers by training with them via video chat, attending dog training seminars, reading and watching everything dog related and practicing with my own dog. I had found my true passion in life. I’ve worked with people and dogs in several states, from puppy training to adult dogs with behavioral issues, even aggression cases. There’s no dog I won’t help. No matter the breed, age or issue of the dog, my life’s purpose is to create harmony between people and their companions.

Charles Barclay

Trainer - Florida

Hi, My name is Charles and I have been training dogs professionally for about 10 Years. My youth was spent working on a farm and we always had dogs. Some were for working cattle and others hunting dogs. This is where it all began for me and I honestly can not remember a time where I didn’t enjoy the company of a canine. In my teens, I began working with family and friends dogs for basic obedience.

Once I was in my 20’s I joined a service dog company and really started to understand the inner workings of the dogs mind. I’ve worked with rehabilitating dogs who have shown aggression both towards humans and other animals. Through this work I was introduced to production work and haven’t looked back cents. I spend my free time working with my dogs Lola – a Malinois – and Luxor – a Black Lab.  We compete in obedience, agility, and doctoring. As a side hobby we do production and tracking. We have just recently added a miniature Daschund named Chandler to our family and are looking for some fun stuff to do with her!

Courtney Brown

Trainer - Texas

Courtney is based in Austin, TX, but began her dog training career working with service dogs at Texas A&M University. She assisted in the raising and training of service dogs for four years, including one year serving as President of the organization. She actively trains and competes in a variety of dog sports, including schutzhund/IGP, mondioring, agility, competition obedience, rally obedience, and dock diving. She attends seminars on competition training and dog behavior across the country, taking a special interest in building drive and motivation, proper toy play mechanics, and managing arousal in working and sport dogs. Courtney trains search and rescue K9s through Texas Search and Rescue, and sits on the board of directors of Search Dog Organization of North America.

I love spending my free time doing protection sports, I am known to travel pretty far and link up with other trainers just for a weekend of training. I love hikes, my dogs, and I genuinely take pride in giving owners a new way to communicate with their dogs.

Jordynn Nicole

Trainer - California

Hi I’m Jordynn! I’ve been working with dogs since I was roughly 17 years old. I started as a pet sitter for family friends dogs! Growing up I always wanted a dog but I was actually very allergic and couldn’t live with them! As I got older, I noticed my allergies had subsided, and started getting more involved. I got started off with a dog walking company, doing pack hikes and walking up to ten dogs at a time, from there I wanted to learn more, so I ventured off to Canine Companions for Independence learning in their puppy early development department first and then going into the adult training department. I was there for a while, and while there I got my first dog Bane, a German Shepherd. Once I got Bane I learned he needed a job and I got very involved in bite work and all that had to offer. I then started interning with a company that trained police dogs. From there is where I started fully immersing myself into the dog community, I’ve worked for various pet dog training companies and also became a certified explosive detection K9 handler.

Along with professional work, I compete in various dog sports with my personal dogs! I have a Dutch Shepherd who I compete in PSA with and have goals to breed her. My passion for dogs constantly is growing and so is my knowledge with dogs! My newest puppy is a Malinois named Slade who I have goals to train in narcotics detection and protection work. Dogs are my life and I would never want any other career path
